Refund Policy: Terms, Conditions & Procedures

We offer a full credit return policy for products bought directly from PDA-NOW.com within 30 days from shipment under the following terms and conditions.

We can only give refund if you receive defective products from PDA-NOW.com and we can only replace defective products that are purchased from PDA-NOW.com and we will not be liable for purchase of wrong product.

Refunds will be given at the discretion of the company management. Please submit your Return of Merchandise Request to return@pda-now.com before sending your return to us. All returned products must be in their original packaging including manuals; accessories and etc. must be returned.

After receiving your Merchandise, we will send you a confirmation email to and refund the money to your credit card. The entire process takes about 4 ¡V 6 weeks.
